Lotsa's infrastructure had grown organically across AWS services like
compute, Lambda, database, and storage. Manual deployment
processes slowed down development velocity, while aging architecture
limited scalability and observability. Lotsa needed a modernization
strategy that would enable continuous deployment, eliminate
dependencies, improve scale and automation, and maintain full
uptime.

Manifold assessed the Lotsa environment, and executed a multi-phase
migration plan, starting with static and serverless services and
finishing with backend systems and observability tools. The solution
involved migrating the stack from AWS to Google Cloud Run, Cloud
SQL, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub. VPN bridging enabled a
zero-downtime cutover, with CI/CD pipelines built in Cloud Build.

velocity, and reduced operational cost, with 100% uptime during the
